For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Amie Hazlett Photography include http://www.amiehazlett.com. The Amie Hazlett Photography website is a photography site. By using the Amie Hazlett Photography website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Amie Hazlett Photography may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

If you purchase Amie Hazlett Photography's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

Right to Deletion

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

Children Under Thirteen 

Amie Hazlett Photography collects personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. Amie Hazlett Photography collects this information for the following reason(s): Birthday Club Photo sessions and custom sessions. 

  

We provide information about our personal data practices for children on our home page and wherever we knowingly collect personal data from children on our website. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website. If you are a parent and you have questions regarding our data collection practices, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this Statement of Privacy. 

  

E-mail Communications 

From time to time, Amie Hazlett Photography may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. 

  

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Amie Hazlett Photography, you may opt out of such communications by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the emails.

Amie Hazlett Photography reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Studio Policies


AHP Studio Policies


  1. Session Fee Policy: Session Fees are subject to change. Session Fees are due at the time of booking or at the time of the in-person consult. Session Fees cover the photography session only. Session Fees are non-refundable.
  2. Reveal/Ordering Sessions are scheduled when proofs are edited, aprox. 7-10 days after the photography session. Reveal/Ordering Sessions will be at Amie Hazlett Photography Studio.  
  3. Rescheduling Photography Sessions: Photography sessions cannot be rescheduled inside of a 48 hour window due to the planning and set up. If Photography session must be rescheduled, a $25 set up fee will be charged to the client.
  4. Rescheduling Reveal/Ordering Sessions: Reveal/Ordering sessions cannot be rescheduled inside of a 24 hour window. 
  5. Canceling a Photography Session: Photography sessions can be canceled, but the Session Fee is non-refundable.  
  6. Canceling a Reveal/Ordering Session: Reveal/Ordering sessions can be cancelled, photographs will be held for 3 months and then archived. Accessing images once they are archived is a $50 fee. Images will NOT be released in the event of cancelation.
  7. Ordering artwork and products: Orders must be placed in person at the Reveal/Ordering Session. All images not ordered will be archived. Payment is due at the time of the Reveal/Ordering Session.
  8. Payment Plans: Payment plans are available. Orders must exceed $500 to qualify for a payment plan. At least $500 is due at the time of the Reveal/Ordering Session and a $50 convenience fee is added to the total balance due. Balance is due 6 months from the Reveal/Ordering Session. Order will not be placed until final payment is made. Orders cannot be changed once payment plan has started.
  9. Re-Ordering or Additional Orders: Clients may always add on to an order once it is placed. If a payment plan is chosen, the first order must be paid in full before additional products can be ordered. Re-Ordering or Additional Orders can be made over the phone: (719)480-6232 or through email: amie.hazlett@gmail.com  
  10. Referral Program: Bullfrogs and Butterflies offers a referral program. For each referral that a client sends to us, past client will receive $25 Amazon gift card and new client will receive $25 off of their Session Fee. Referral Program is unlimited at this time.
  11. Photography Session Policy:  
  12. All minors need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 
  13. Photographer is not responsible for uncooperative children. Studio staff will try their best to encourage child to cooperate.
  14. Rowdy or destructive children will not be tolerated.
